KEY INFORMATION
Staff, governors, parents, carers, children and the wider community are involved throughout the process of reviewing and producing our school plans.
Decisions about the direction of development are underpinned by our vision statement, values and curriculum drivers and take account of:
- analysis of questionnaires - parents/carers, staff and pupils
- staff skills audit
- performance management discussions over the year
- ideas offered through a broad range of meetings/ informal discussions, suggestion boxes, review meetings, staff meetings, weekly 'News and Views' sessions (children’s views) and committees e.g. eco-committee
- use of performance data such as ASP, Fischer Family Trust, information provided by the local authority (Insight), our internal tracking and class teacher assessment for learning information
- the last Ofsted report
- advice, information and guidance provided by the local authority, teaching school and other professionals
- feedback from governor visits and governors’ meetings
- school self-evaluation systems, cycles and summary
- national and local priorities
