Phonics/Spelling Home Learning
Some different ways to practice the spellings - if you have any favourite ways, please let us know and we can add them here.
1) Write the words out in your favourite colour. Add the sound buttons to your word. Take a photo of the word in your mind. Turn over the piece of paper and try to write the word again.
2) Rainbow writing - choose one of the words to practice - write it in as many different colours as you can find - saying the letter names or sounding out as you go.
3) Write the word in two colours. E.g. Red for the target sound and blue for the other letters. E.g. autumn
